MarifetUsing Marifet
Marifet helps professionals keep a private visual record of their work. You are responsible for your business profile, your device, the accuracy of your records and lawful use of the app. You must have authority to operate the business book and permission to record people. Do not upload unlawful content, misuse accounts, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain rights to your content. You grant only the permissions needed for the operations you choose, such as device storage, your iCloud backup and Salon sharing. Obtain required notices and consent before taking photos. Recording a customer's verbal consent in the app does not by itself establish that every legal requirement is satisfied. Marifet is not a medical record system or a substitute for professional legal advice. Do not use client images for advertising or public display without the necessary separate permission.
Client data and service boundaries
Client names, treatment notes, photos and consent records are not sent to the Marifet API; they stay on the device and, when enabled, in the business owner's iCloud. The business is responsible within its activities for lawful grounds, notices and required permissions, staff access, device and Apple account security, retention/deletion, sensitive information, minors and applicable transfer requirements. Apple's infrastructure is subject to Apple's applicable service terms. Marifet does not make those business decisions, verify the sufficiency of permissions or promise to access and recover private iCloud records for support. Using the app does not itself fulfil legal obligations. Each party retains the mandatory duties and liabilities arising from its own activities.
Plans and Apple billing
Free currently supports up to 50 clients. Pro adds unlimited clients and iCloud backup/sync. Salon team features are currently being validated in TestFlight and are not yet offered for App Store purchase. Available products, billing periods and local prices appear in Apple's purchase sheet. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless cancelled through Apple. Manage or cancel them in your Apple subscription settings; deleting Marifet or your account does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable consumer law. No free trial is promised unless Apple's purchase sheet expressly offers it.
Beta availability
Marifet is currently in TestFlight testing. Beta features can change and may contain defects. TestFlight purchases use Apple's sandbox and do not incur real charges. Keep independent records where your business depends on them. An invitation to test is not a promise of a release date or a particular future feature.
iCloud and teams
Backup and sharing require a suitable Apple account, sufficient iCloud storage, network access and an eligible plan. iCloud data uses the owner's storage quota. Team owners are responsible for invitations and access decisions. Removing access does not recall screenshots or copies someone already made. Switching plans or losing subscription access may affect sync and team access; it does not grant us ownership of your records.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful recovery in every situation or compatibility with all future systems. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from unavailable service or loss of data. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remedies available under applicable law.
Ending use and resolving concerns
You can stop using the service, cancel your Apple subscription and request account deletion. We may restrict service used unlawfully or in a way that threatens others, subject to applicable law. Contact us first about a problem at caglarergul@me.com. Mandatory local consumer protections and competent courts remain available; these terms do not require you to waive them. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of these terms.
Apple software licence
The iOS software is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless another licence is expressly supplied in the App Store. These service terms complement that licence; they do not replace Apple's payment terms or your mandatory rights.
