Say which right you want to exercise and identify the relevant account or communication. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information in your first message. We may ask for proportionate verification or evidence that an authorised agent can act for you. We will explain any lawful limitation or refusal and the available next steps.
EU / EEA
Where GDPR applies, rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may complain to your competent data-protection authority. Requests are normally answered within one month; where a lawful extension applies, we will explain it. A portability request concerns information covered by that right; it does not give Marifet access to a business's private iCloud.
Türkiye
You can exercise the rights under KVKK Article 11 with the relevant data controller. Send Marifet service-data requests to the email above. Client-record requests belong with the business. Applications are answered within the applicable timeframe, normally thirty days; statutory complaint routes remain available.
United States
Privacy rights vary by state and by whether a law applies to the provider. Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your information, and exercise applicable opt-out or appeal rights without unlawful discrimination. Send an appeal to the same email and identify the original decision. Marifet does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising; this site has no advertising or optional tracking cookies. We do not claim that every US state privacy law applies to every user or to this service.
If you are a professional's customer
Contact the salon or professional who recorded your visit. They can identify and manage your photos and consent records. Marifet's support service cannot look up these records in the owner's iCloud. We can explain the app's controls if the business needs technical help.
